A trip to the most extreme mountais in norway.
Charlotte and I went up to the big mountains at the westcoast. After hours of driving, one change of oil, some stops for pictures( av revebjeller;)...), we arived and puted up the tent. After a nice but hard night of sleep, we ate breakfast, made some lunch-packs, packed our daypacs and started walking upphill to the "Mountain climbers club cabin". The weather was anoying,... 5 minutes of sun, then 5 minues of rain, on an off like tis all the time. We met a group of other youg people that gave up the accent because uf all the clouds, rain and fog. At the cabin we also met a family of four, where the youg boy had fell and was bleeding from his head. They went into the cabin to get some first aid. After a luchbreak outside the cabin, we started walking the accent of Nordre Skagastølstind 2148 moh. And lucky enough for us loong sleepers, the good weather came at afternoon:) After som heavy tramping steep upphill in the snow and slippery rocks, we made it to the top! At the top it war steep all around us and we had a beautiful wiew of all the mountains around. On the way down we slided on our butts on the snow. fun! And after about 6 hous, we came back to the tent and went to the river for a swim. Brrr. The water was coold, it was raining a little bit, but the sun and a tripple rainbow where up. Fresh and cleen we went back for dinner. I got some kind of "Pass-out-pasta" again, so I fellt asleep right away and whoke up the next morning.
The second day, the weather was nice and we where kind of a little bit tired. So we went on a walley track. Had lunch with the view of our mountain from yesterday, the glacier and the grayblue muddy glacier lake. Nice hike with lots of chatting:)
After we packed our stuff and the tent, we visited the hotel/library called Turtagrø. Nice place wiht old B/W pictures on the walls, lots of books about mountaineering and a cool architecture.
Then the weekend was over, and Im sure I`ll be back there soon :)
